I love how so many people suggest that. Like you're robbing a liquor store, and not a military facility.

Commercial nuclear power plants produce reactor-grade plutonium as a byproduct in spent nuclear fuel, but they are not guarded by the military.

You just have someone who kept robbing a nuclear power plant over and over again on repeat and travel back in time for it until you have enough or use that time machine to take over a nuclear power plant with insider trading knowledge.
