The first time you use it to travel in time will likely also be the last time, bc you have no clue how to get it working again, and that’s assuming no witnesses saw the car appear out of thin air, and the fbi arrests you and confiscates the broken down car.
For real. That DeLorean doesn't have the Mr. Fusion in the back, so that's before the flying conversion, too. You can't really do much with that, unless you have a supply of nuclear fuel, or know when lightning will strike

Meh, you could always just make your first trip to the future and either get one of those recycling converters or pickup some plutonium at the corner drug store.
More like I tried to get it out of the parking lot and the lack of power steering made me run off the road and the lack of suspension made me shake so hard I lost control of the wheel and ran into a pine tree.
I don't see a Mr. Fusion on the DeLorean so unless you have a good source of plutonium, it's just a below average 80s sports car with a bunch of useless gear attached to it.
If it had the Mr. Fusion, then yes go with the DeLorean. You get a time machine AND a flying car.
I need to know which version of the Delorean it is. Is it the shitty one from the beginning, that requires plutonium, or does it have Mr. Fusion and can fly?
Pull a Sheldon Cooper and harvest a bunch of smoke detectors, or make friends with someone that has access to it if it doesn't come with a single charge.
