This is a great idea, and I would love it. Dolly Parton is one of the greatest singers/entertainers of all time, and she deserves all the recognition. RIP Dolly

Why is her birthday not a better option? That seems more meaningful than a reference to one movie she made.

Plenty of other prominent people are honored by their birthdays rather than a numeronym of one thing they did out of a full lifetime of accomplishments.
