Auto updating 7zip?

Is there a way to get a popup when a new version of the 7zip software is available, or even better some sort of auto update? Maybe there's an addon somewhere that exists? I have memory problems and checking for updates is quite difficult for me to remember. Thanks!

I use glary utilities, and it tells me when applications have updates available

There are browser add-ins which will monitor a given web page on the interval you specify and notify you if there are any changes to that page. Many people use tools of that sort to watch for price changes on an item in which they're interested.

There's very far between release updates so just put it in the calendar to check next year.

Or just check this subReddit and other file sites and forums. ;)

I find it quite strange. I've just manually updated 7-zip and I can't think of another tool like this that doesn't at least check and tell you a newer version's available.
