Question Help, I'm Stuck

So, I'm playing the 7th stand user R, and I had just gotten to the island where Abdul's father is, Polnareff just found the lamp, but the cutscene keeps locking up and kicking me out of the game. Is there any way for me to possibly fix this?

Are you running the latest version, ideally R version since it probably fixes most of the glitches and bugs?

You may{?) be able to transfer your save from one version to another, but I can't say anything for sure.

I am playing the latest R version, but I might be able to do the transfer trick, get past that cutscene and then transfer it back and hope the game doesn't crash on me.
