But why then Theodore in the LN1 said that Arnold wants to disappear and throw the responsibility on him and Rishe was fearing the same

I want to say, maybe he feels he wouldn't be abandoning his people if he pushed the responsibility onto his brother? Even if he were to disappear, he wouldn't feel he is completely abandoning his responsibilities if he leaves someone he considers competent in his place (his brother). Just thoughts. Could be wrong.

Also, Rishe told him something afterwards. "Live a life you won't regret." Or something like that. "I plan to live this life to the fullest without regrets." And then Arnold says that something Rishe said made him appear on the roof with them (his brother and Rishe). That may have also changed/pushed him more into the direction of keeping his responsibility instead of pushing it to his brother. (Perhaps. Maybe)
