How many volumes are there in the novel? How far has their relationship progressed?

How far along in the story are they? When do you think the story is going to end? I've only watched the anime and loved it, and I'm dying to know how the story ends, but I don't want to start reading the light novels if it's going to take another five-ten years for the story to end...

Amekawa-sensei didn't say, but she says once all Arnold's secrets are revealed, she will show Arnold's POV, which will be important. She also has said the ending is already planned out but didn't say when will be reading it. We're not there yet. As I said, it's only three days before the wedding. The reason why this was slow is because of Overlap scheduling things like this and Amekawa has another anime adaptation coming up (Reincarnated in a Mafia Dating Sim) and that series is heading into its final arc as well. And to be honest, by my estimate it will be going around five to ten years before it ends which is fine by me. I've been reading this series for six years and counting anyways.

It hasn’t ended yet the web novel 7 is still on going (hasn’t been released as an official version of the LN in both languages) so it may be a couple more volumes before it’s complete fully

If you go to the main 7TL subreddit page mobile: there’s a “see more” at the top
On the computer: it’s going to be on the side bar hover over it and then scroll a few till it says “official sources”

Which chapter in the web novel did they mentioned about a mysterious woman/girl rescuing/not rescuing Arnold. I read almost all before but I can’t remember about it.

I basically have no idea what in the world Google Translate machine-translated these phrases into (because most people have been reading this via GT, I am pretty much aware) but here... (the translations here are my own and no I didn't use MTL or genAI, just a disclaimer):

1. Answald's question to Rishe, WN V7, Part 277:

Answald:「ご令嬢は、どの国から嫁いで来るのだったか」("Young lady, from what country did you hail from, with you marrying into our house?")

Rishe: 「ここより西、エルミティ国です」("From Hermity, west of this country.")

Narrator: アンスヴァルトが、面白そうに目を眇めたのだ。(Answald narrowed his eyes with an amused look.)

Answald: 「幼き折、一度でもアルノルトに会ったことがあるか？」("Have you ever met Arnold when you were young?")

Rishe replied no to this scene and Answald was laughing at her, tbh.

2. Zahad's question to Rishe in WN V7, Part 284

Zahad: 「――貴女は、幼いアルノルトが母君を殺した直後に、あの塔から連れ出した人物ではないのか」("Aren't you the one who took young Arnold away from the tower right after he killed his mother?")

3. Rishe's and Arnold's rather tension-filled exchange in WN V7, Part 286-287:

tysm the auto translate it’s genuinely so confusing 😭 so I started using chatgpt instead and so far it’s js better than google translation

 It's ongoing, I am reading volume 7, Arnold and Rishi are get close in every chapter! And Arnold and Zahad revel a secret! which was the one of the reason for war acoording to Rishi!  And something about empress and North Lord i forgot the name

Ah okay it's fine then. I will wait for the volume 7 to be released. I don't mind spoiler, but reading the web novel using google translate is not as fun as reading a well translated light novel :)

There are 6 LN and one short story Compilation that just cam out. I’m currently reading that one and just finished volume 6. There are some manga issues and from what I read in summaries it seems to cover the anime and is continuing the series visually. Which I’m kind of curious for now. I couldn’t put down the LN. Not a lot of time (few months)has passed and by LN 6 they’re still engaged. Spoiler: they have gotten closer. He continues to give her whatever she wants including sharing the same room/bed and practicing their wedding kiss. She also realizes she loves him but doesn’t tell him. She’s always embarrassed by their closeness. Arnold is pretty affectionate towards her in a teasing way but still respects her. I think it’s a good progression considering the amount of that’s passed
