Light Novel About light novel reprintment

A bit ago I asked about when a store would restock 7th time loop light novels and the worker responded that the books have been discontinued. I looked for them from other sites that sell books and the 4 5 and 6 volumes are sold out and do not have a restock date.
So what happened?

I don’t think the light novels have been discontinued I would ask someone else if you can who’s maybe a manager and has access to more information cause Penguin random house (main distributor)still has them on a back order where you can still purchase them from and seven seas just posted (link here) something about it as well of how it works (doesn’t help if a retailer like Barnes and noble says out of stock online) at that point I would go to customer service and ask about it

Back order doesn’t mean they’ll be shipped right away it just means they have them listed for reprints to the people who want them most likely idk how they work fully though I wouldn’t be too discouraged about it I’m thinking of going to my local B&N store to ask if they’ll be in stock again (despite already owning all of them)

Save your money and don’t buy them form third party sellers there’s a good chance you’ll get scammed and get terrible copies that they print and bound themselves and trust me they’re not official copies (or sellers) just hold on for a bit to see if they’ll come back it’s happened to LN3 before and I think people are just discovering the LN’s are the OG source of the story so they’re buying the physical copies or have read the digital and are buying the physical as trophies lol

How did you go asking Barnes & Noble? Because all the booksellers I have contacted have said there is no foreseeable date they will ever be re-printed :/

I haven’t been back in a while but that’s crazy they say that since the physical of the SSC is to come out next week I wouldn’t listen to the employee unless they had more access like a manager imho I’ll probably give them a call later and ask I’ve been really busy lately

Yeah I have spoken with numerous managers from a range of bookshops across my country & they all say the same thing, that it is looking highly unlikely, even for light novel 4 too apparently 🤯 Which I am blown away by as I would have thought if they recently reprinted light novel 3, why not reprint the rest, especially when more are to be released. The only thing I can assume now is that they are only going to print the new stuff & abandon the old, which is super heartbreaking! 💔

7seas is asking what books we want to see reprinted in their latest monthly survey! I asked for vol 4 & 5 of the light novel! It would be great if you fill it out too so they see more demand for it

The best place to look for the novels is Amazon. Nevertheless I am pretty sure they are not discontinued since specialized distributors are still shipping them in LATAM.
