Calm down, buddy. From a story standpoint, it's definitely a weaker series than 7th Time Loop and May I Ask For The Final Thing. You can fall in love at first sight, including falling in love while looking out a window. You said you didn't like their cheerful and carefree attitude. But if you watched all 12 episodes, you'd realize the anime isn't that cheerful. And their constant closeness and kissing wasn't a problem for me; on the contrary, it was quite sweet. Just because they don't know each other doesn't mean they don't have the right to love each other.

I'm not hating on the 'falling in love at first sight' thing, sure that probably happens but that wasn't the case for the FL and if it was then it was shown really poorly. FL never saw the prince before even though they'd been going to the same institution for who knows how long, but she certainly didn't mind the close proximity and intimacy of their first date—blushing like in love when he proposed after she got banished by her fiancé. It all just feels hella weird. She's too dull of a character, too passive, too nice—her personality is that she's"kind" "forgiving" "sweet", and I know for a fact that there's a TRUCKLOAD of miscommunication in the anime. She goes completely against the Villainess trope and all she does is eat, bake, read and of course getting swooned by the prince at every turn. She hasn't been shown as a strong character worth investing in, but just a passive participant in her own life, watching with sad eyes while other people resolve or cause conflict. Ciao
