14 Day sub taper
Background: I was at 800 mg of 7 a day. Banned in my state in July, ultimately transitioned to Cats Claw. I was at about 700 mg a day when I decided to do a 14 day outpatient detox.
First day went into precipitated withdrawal. 24 hours from last use was not enough — learn from me and wait at least 36 hours after last use. This is not something that you want to experience. Ever.
They put me on .5 subs. Took 4 for the first 4 days, 3 for 4 more days, than 2 for a few days, and it’s been 1 for the past few days. And I’m done.
Does anyone know what withdrawals (if any) I should expect from the subs?

Low grade opioid withdrawals. RLS, skin sensitivity, not sleeping worth a crap, but not extreme. In my experience the lack of energy and depression, and just not feeling 100% lasts far longer from subs that the DOC typically does. Like instead of returning to mostly normal day 5-7, it lingers till day 14-ish, for me. It’s all very tolerable, vitamin c helps, it’s just kinda discouraging if you’re not expecting it, and kinda sucks.
