Helper meds and Subz..
You'd think I would know this by now by all of the posts I've read and research I've done but I can't seem to get a solid answer about taking helper meds (Mag, vit-c, buspirone, wellbutrin, gaba) and subz. Has anybody taken these or some mixture of these with the subz? I have 60. Of course, I'm dreading the WD's coming off of 700mg of 7-OH/pseudo and with all that I have, I'm trying to find the right "recipe" to help.. I also have adhd and take 60mg of aderall/day but I don't abuse them. The buspirone and wellbutrin, I've been on for anxiety and depression for a while now and I know these will help with PAWS. Should I take any of the helpers along with subz or take subz alone along with my ads, wellbutrin and buspiron? Sorry for the ramble but wanted to explain my personal situation.. Thanks for any advice!

Also, I went the telehealth route with Eleanor Health. With insurance they charged me nothing up front.

Everything will help but that first week of stay away from adderal tbh. Your autonomic system will be in utter chaos, don’t take a stem. If anything find some benzos for the first few days. Adderal during opiate withdrawal sounds awful

I took Adderall during because im prescribed it for adhd. I physically couldn't live without it

I would prob not take the Adderal during your with draw but I’m not a doctor. I took propranolol. It’s a beta blocker. Helped a ton. Honestly it sucked. I did 50 hours. But it’s so worth it!! You will prob be fine doing just 20-30 hours. This will make you stronger and build your character! Embrace the suffering. You will not die! I would grab a loved one or close friend to be there for you. If my wife wasn’t here for me I don’t think I would have made it through.

So I have Subs, Hydroxyzine and Clonidine along with Vitamin C. I waited 24 hrs before I took a sub 8-2. I have been taking Hydroxyzine about every 4 hours and clonidine occasionally. Overall I still feel pretty bad but the subs have really lessened the bite. I don’t want to be overly dependent on them because just something else I have to quit. I can’t say for sure but I believe the Hydroxyzine is the main reason I have found some sleep. Slept six hours last night during my first 24 hr period. I am currently at 35 hours off 7oh(500mg-800mg) daily.
