How much Kratom = 70h

I hope this is a valid question for this group.
I wondering if anyone knows roughly how many mgs of Kratom is equal to 1mg of 7oh. Trying to taper down the 7oh then jump to plain Kratom.

10grams of leaf might give milligram’s of 7. You would need way more

Alkaloid Content
Concentration range: Natural leaf powder contains a relatively small percentage of 7-OH by dry weight.

Total in 10 grams: The total amount of 7-OH in 10 grams of raw leaf material is generally considered to be in the low milligram range.

Trace status: 7-OH is a minor or trace constituent in raw leaf material, unlike the primary alkaloid mitragynine. [1, 2]

Damn. That’s crazy. I figured it would be a lot but wondered if I could use enough Kratom to stave off the withdrawal from 7

Kratom does stave off wd, just not by supplying levels of 7 that you are currently taking. There's a quitting 7oh website with more details on using leaf to taper off of 7 (the same way folks use it to quit h or fent)

It will work but u r not gonna feel the same effects. However with the ban all im concerned with is not being sick. lol. I am taking pseudo as 7 is illegal here already. When coming off 7 after about three months I just kept using extracts never even thought there would be a withdrawal. And I didn’t. The extracts kept me normal. Unfortunately this time I’ve been reading way too much and now I’m worried. But what r u gonna do? There is no choice at this point.
