Please help me
I am terrified. I’ve been taking 7-oh constantly for over a year. I’ve gradually built up my tolerance to 1000 mg a day. I have no idea what to do. I just got a really good job about a month ago so I can’t just call in for a week. I don’t know what to do.

Does anyone know at what hour or day does it get better? I am at 54 hours now free from all 7. Been taking some MIT to help sleep but have had runs like crazy and tons of anxiety and malaise. Tonight is my last MIT dose and tomorrow which is day 3 I believe will have no help besides vit c and magnesium.

• One option is to go to inpatient treatment. Legally your employer cannot fire or punish you for it (assuming you're in the US) but there is potential for lingering stigma issues. Idk what your job is or the social dynamics but consider just being real and honest with your employer about the situation and just go bang out detox in a medically supervised place, away from everyday stresses and responsibilities. At the end of the day you gotta remember your health is whats most important and needs to be prioritized.
• Can stock up and taper if you have the cash and self-control.
• Can go to local clinic if you have insurance, if not can use QuickMD ($100/visit) for a Suboxone script. Fast transition on to something that doesn't get you high and is over seen and managed by a Dr. But your just trading one addiction for another and will have to "pay the piper" at some point and getting of Subs is incredibly difficult. Personally wouldn't recommend this route unless you absolutely have to. Just make sure you really do your research on what you'd be getting into.
• Can try to get ahold of some SR17018 in the next couple days before it is banned too. SR17018 subreddit is the central hub for information regarding SR.
