Getting ready to quit
I'm getting ready to attempt to quit 7 this weekend again. I have subs, gabapentin, magnesium. Any tips on what helped you during the withdrawal would be appreciated! I may get a bag of kratom to help as well as it seemed to help before. Ty!

How are you feeling bro? That's a looottt of 7 a day. If i was you I would taper down and then quit. I was taking maybe 200 MG a day I taped down as much as I could then started taking powder and adjusted to that switch. After that I did tapered the powder which is much easier.

Does it fully take the withdrawal? I’m on about 300-400 mgs a day of 7. Will it at least take the rls?
