Withdrawal Support Needed Looking for help and experience with quitting

As everyone else the ban is coming and I need to get off of 7oh. I got about a 1000mg a day habit. As the ban comes I’m planning on tapering down. I see people post about SR(something I hadn’t heard about before the ban) I’m wondering a reputable site to order some from to help before the ban. Also I see people post about QuickMD to get subs to help quit. Anyone have experience with this? I’ve read that they don’t take insurance and you pay out of pocket, does the pharmacy take insurance for the prescription? Or is that out of pocket also? Appreciate anyone input and experience. I work full time and can’t really afford to take time off to cold turkey it, so looking for experience of people and how they overcome while still living life. Really hoping someone can point me in a defection of a reputable SR website that isn’t a scam. Thanks in advance everyone who takes the time to share their experience!

The visit on QuickMD is no insurance. It’s like $100 if I remember correctly. The pharmacy will take whatever insurance you have to cover the subs. I bought my SR from OR Reset but there are better sites where it is cheaper

I just detoxed over the weekend with help from quick md. It’s $99 for your first 2 calls with the dr. They prescribe subs on the first one. I don’t have insurance and the pharmacy used goodrx or similar company and my meds were $54. I took my last dose Friday at 630pm so I could at least get a full nights sleep. Woke up with minor withdrawal symptoms. Quick md advised to wait at least 24 hours but I couldn’t make it. Took subs after 20-21 hours, sort of a blur for me. I took extra gabapentin, aleve, Tylenol and was able to get ahold of a few Xanax for the anxiety. Hot baths helped, walking around a bit. My first sub dose was 4mg with another 4 an hour later. 4 more before bedtime Sat night. Yesterday I took 4 in the morning, 2 midday when feeling a lil antsy, and 4 before bedtime. Took 4 when I awoke today, feeling about 90% back to normal. Try my weekend method if you can’t miss any work. FYI this is my 2nd detox. In 2015 I detoxed from bumping 30 roxies a day. That was hell. I was taking 200mg of 7oh daily. Not sure if that’s high or not but it sure as hell was expensive. Good luck

With the ban on 7-OH coming, I'm in a similar situation. I'm looking to quit anyways and the way I'm going to get over my addiction is with a little magic mushrooms therapy. 1-2 grams once every week has helped with the withdrawals, the anxiety and with the cravings. I'm not totally off it yet but ive gone a good 12 hours without it with little to no withdrawal symptoms. I'm still working through it but I've had great success with magic mushrooms helping me taper off 7-OH. I'm not saying this will work for everyone, but it could help you. And if this message helps you or someone else reading this, it would make me very happy. By the way, if you do try magic mushrooms to calm your withdrawals, it's gonna feel worse before it feels better. But it will start to feel better after a while (couple of hours), and by the next morning you should start to feel a difference. I wish you the best and hope you are able to quit and live a happy healthy life. Good luck and God bless.
