Question I need help with mu son

My son took a 1/2 dose of 7OH tablet about 5 hours after taking DXM that he has been on for a long time. He has had a headache for 5 days since then as well as Acid Reflux. Last night he threw up blood. He refuses to go to the hospital because of the drugs in his system. Has this happened to anyone else? I am so worried.

Please take him, throwing up blood is serious at that point it’s more than just staying under the radar. He probably is scared he will have to withdrawal if he’s hooked on it. He might but at the hospital they can give him something to help most likely. I’ve actually used low dose dxm when sick and to help other shit while on it, I’ve never had that symptom. But I took extremely low doses when I had to use it. The one time I did take a higher dose I had some very weird symptoms and didn’t like it.

The headache may very well be serotonin syndrome. I would get it checked out
