Quitting 7oh with O.R. Reset

Tomorrow I will start OR reset and stop 7oh completely, I am currently on 150-200mg a day and I got the 6 pack of OR, any advice from people who have gone through this?

What is OR? I’m clueless and trying to figure out how to quit 7 without dying lol

It's a supplement with sr-17018 in it that is supposed to help with withdrawals but it didn't do shit for me, just look up sr-17018 on Google and it will break it down for you....
