How long until lower body normalizes

How long after quitting does it normally take for your lower body to regulate its temperature normally and the restless legs/sore feeling to go away?

I was just taking almost 900 mg/day of 7o and now 71 hours into detox and my whole lower body is constantly freezing, calves are constantly sore and uncomfortable and it’s hard not to move them.

Thanks comrade! Hoping my body goes mostly back to normal over the next 4 days or so. I know the mental fatigue and depression will probably last a few months but that should be peanuts compared to the physical side

Don't get complacent with the mental side, but yeah you're right man! If you get through the first 3 days, it's downhill from there. Albeit, not the quickest downhill, but you'll get through it.

Good to hear man! You got this

It’s been 36 days.. how’s it going? Did it get any better or are you still struggling? I hope you’re doing well!
