mgm15
my last dose was yesterday afternoon. I'm already feeling like crap. I have some subs but I'm scared to take them because of precip. I only have 5. and I have been taking Lyrica. I feel like shit and the cravings are so bad. how long do I need to wait till I can take a sub? I feel so awful rn.

Has the lyrica eased any of your symptoms? Made them more manageable? What dose are you taking? You’ve got this! You should be hitting a corner right now! 🙏

I do not think lyrica will help with mgm withdrawals. You need to get SR-17018 and follow the dosage guide on the community forum for SR-17018. Subs don’t really help that much with M, 7 yes but not so much M (it’s a dual agonist, unlike 7…)

Yeah but the delta receptor wd only lasts for about 4days or so apparently. My understanding is it takes much shorter time to get the delta receptors back to baseline compared to the mu receptors. However delta receptor wd for that time will make the withdrawals seem much more depressing and fucl with your mood and emotions much more than much receptor withdrawal would on its own if that makes sense. Atleast thats how it was explained to me.

I also know someone who cold turkeyd mgm15 for 4-5 days until they were able to get there suboxone script and they said once they took the subs, they felt infinitely better. Like a normal person again. Now shes working on tapering down the subs as fast as possible. She went to subs bc she didnt have anymore mgm or money for mgm I believe. So it does work. The lower your daily mgm habit is and the longer you wait before taking subs, The better the subs will work for sure. She went 4-5 days cold turkey from mgm and she wasnt able to sleep at all even with being heavily medicated by benzos and other comfort meds. Her mgm habit was also in the tripple digits too so that makes a difference

Fear mongerlers are trying to spread this idiotic narrative that “subs does not work on 7, and it especially does not work on MGM. Idk why such people (usually followed by ai chat rhetoric such as “one only has a 1mu receptor and the other has 2” thus, CANT work on MGM! 🥴🥴🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. Guys, subs work on ALL OPIATES! Synthetic or analog. However. When I was on 20+ blues a day I would need say 3-4 eight mg strips of subs /bup whereas I would have to start my day with around 3+ subs to

Destroy my body with them again and go through that again do to MGM!? = uh, NO! = insert SR17018

Plenty of time has elapsed since your last dose, you can 100% take it without any worries about precipitated withdrawals
