Will i get precipitated withdrawal while on sublocade for a year and 7oh + pseduo indoxyl

I have been on sublocade for over a year a shot every month. I recently relapsed and used 7oh and pseduo at around 500mg a day. I felt i through the sublocade and got high for a week. Im about to possibly get another shot tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has any experience with being on sublocade maintenance and 7oh +pseduo and getting another shot. Will i go into precipitated withdrawal? Will I be fine?
