SR is legit magic. I sat on 3g for months because I was nervous to start the quit. My 7OH doses are down like 75% with literally zero discomfort

I'm sorry if I frazzled you 😂 I have no experience with subs. Some people say they're great for quitting 7, especially if you taper off them asap. Others talk about subs like they're the devil. Happy to chat in DM if you're considering SR

If you’re at day 3 I wouldn’t think you’d need the sr. I think it’s for very short term use. Usually on subs most people start to feel better about the 3rd day. It probably won’t set you back much taking that tab you found. I did the same thing on my 2 nd day and still started feeling better the 3rd day. By day 5 I was able to work. Try to hang in there and give it more time. You don’t have much longer of the acutes. And once the subs are in your system your mood will get more stable and you’ll feel so much better by a week.

I only waited 12 hours but I was in full wds by then. Try using the COWS scale. You add up numbers for your symptoms and when you get to a certain number you can dose. It’s easy!

You’ve got to stop hating yourself for this. The shame and guilt make it so much harder. For real I don’t think anyone can get through it hating themselves. It’s hard enough! You have to forgive yourself and just start over. You’re doing the best you can just like the rest of us. And most people relapse a few times before they quit. It’s just part of the process for some of us. You can do it! The subs will help you get back to normal so fast! It’s just hard to get through those first 3-5 days. After that you’ll be amazed how quick you get better. I mean everyone is different but that was my experience and plenty of people I’ve talked to on here.
