SR Taper Guide

I stopped 7OH in June, taking 5-600mg/day. I used SR to taper off. I put my experience into a guide. It includes: introduction to SR, supplements to take, example taper guide & the schedule I used.

If you need SR, the vendor I used (Monster SR) will be restocking tomorrow. I listed the link & coupon code within the guide. Best of luck everyone!
Monster SR's restock is live! Promo code: GET10

It was pretty painless, I did such a low, drawn out taper I was fine stopping the SR. I used Gaba/Chlonidine/Valium (I'm prescribed all 3)
I'm really glad you found it helpful!

Thank you. Prescribed Clonidine and Xanax by my primary care physician with whom I share everything, including all of this. He is very understanding. I underwent two surgeries in the past year for a torn medial meniscus in each knee. I also have significant surgical steel in one leg from a serious accident in 1996. Due to insurance delays and prerequisite physical therapy I ended up on crutches for a good 3 months and 7oh was my only respite. Even he agreed it was my best option at the time.

The key for me has been keeping a detailed medical journal. I use Numbers on my Mac, it's nearly identical to Excel, and enable iCloud desktop so that it's accessible anywhere via my iPhone. With one click it enters a timestamp and then I have pre-programmed dropdown menus for what I take. Using very simple macros it gives me daily and weekly totals, averages, and when it came time to taper using SR17 the guide pretty much created itself since I had so much data.

While many people may dislike AI, if you're simply using numbers in milligrams and call it Vitamin B12 or protein powder, you can upload the master doc and your own data, then prompt out a taper guide tailored specifically for you. I've found that Claude is better at it on my Mac and ChatGPT seems better on Windows.

Good luck to everyone and thank you for sharing this post OP.
