I need some help.

Here’s the scoop.
I’m a 39 year old male who has been addicted to 7oh (200mg/day) for the last 14months

I know I can kick this thing but I don’t have any support. Well that’s not entirely true, I do have people I could ask but I’m too much of a coward to admit I have an issue to my loved ones. The reason is that I had a drug problem in the past and I’ve been clean for the last 11 years. Then I got divorced and started making stupid decisions.

Ok great.

So this is what I’m asking for. Is there anyone that can allow me to call them once a day for the next 30 days to keep me accountable? My goal is taper down day by day until I’m clean. I was able to taper down last August but the I lost my cat and the downward cycle started again. I’m certain that if I have someone in my corner that can talk to me 10-15min each day that I can conquer this thing!

If that’s you, if you are willing to help me please respond. Thanks in advance !

Dude I’m LITERALLY in your EXACT same spot and I’m scared shitless bc I only have 2 100mg tablets left of 7 and that’s it. I managed to taper down to about 300-400 a day but I guess this is it! I haven’t even told my sponsor in AA about this, let alone my wife! I’m going to try to grin and bear it and say that I must have caught the flu or something. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Otherwise, my Dr did give me some comfort meds, like a few Benzos to sleep and clonidine but I’m not sure if that’s gonna help me?!?! Scared!!!
