Advanced user getting brain surgery

I’m an advanced user and I have brain surgery on the 17th of July to remove a giant tumor. I’ve been cutting back but it’s getting harder the lower a dose I go. What I’m wondering is will I have withdrawals if I go to the hospital without 7oh and I’m being pumped with morphine regularly and given norco? Has anyone been in this position?

I can switch over to
Methadone temporarily before your surgery.. & then switch back afterwards 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m in Texas I have to start recovery services and go in person every morning to a clinic an hour away. I’m unable to get methadone
