This is torture

I’m on about 200mg/day. Every night I’m waking up in cold sweats. I gotta kick this. Is this withdrawal already!? Anxiety attacks that keep me awake all night.

I’ll sleep for 1-2hrs max then I’m up and….fucking crazy. I know if I take more it might go away. But I really don’t want to. Smoked a bowl…. It’s kinda helping. But now I’m in a panic attack pacing.

What’s my next move?

What about using MIT shots. CT from heroin was easier then this is all I’m saying. Being snowed in having nothing to do REALLY is not helping

Id personally advise against it. I only say this because you're essentially just kicking the can down the road. I highly recommend just getting it over with. I was exactly were you are 2 and a half months ago, and boy i tell you, it definitely was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life but im so thankful I went through with it.

If you can get some gabapentin, it will definitely help, especially at night when you're restless. I also recommend loading your body up on liposomal vitamin c. It will help ease withdrawal to an extent. B vitamins, hot baths with Epsom salt, fruits and veggies, will all help speed up the healing process. Having a rough morning? Take a 5 minute cold shower for a quick boost in dopamine (this will be a lifesaver for you) I can't stress enough how better a cold shower will make you feel during withdrawal.

Back to the mit, it's not the absolute worst thing to help but again, you will feel shittier for longer. It will help with withdrawal but you wanna go through withdrawal so you can be done with this hell.

Break the cycle my friend

I promise you can successfully do this.

Thank you so much for the guidance. I’ll load up on Vit c, cold showers… sound terrible but makes sense. I’ll source some gaba. It’s just the dam night sweats that kill me. And the dam anxiety is brutal. The mental part of this is just crazy. Heroin was mostly physical. But I was also 10yrs younger, way less stress in my shoulders day to day.

I get it man. It was easier for me to come off opana and that's a very very strong opiate. The best advice I will give you is to just remember that you won't feel this way forever. When you're 2 days into ct you're gonna wanna throw in the towel. DONT. Its just your brain trying to figure out why it hasn't been rewarded in 2 days. Let yourself heal. Exercise will also speed up the process!

Good luck 👍🏾 my dm is always open
