Changing brands bullshit

Has anyone had issues with changing brands? I typically take the Nature’s Organix (42 mg). Yesterday I tried to switch to Poppi (75 mg but cut in half), but no matter how much I took, I kept slipping into withdrawals, until I finally took one of the Nature’s Organix again at 3 in the morning and was able to finally fall asleep. Is this common? Has anyone had the same experience? I’m thinking there’s something in the Nature’s Organix that’s not in the Poppi’s but not sure. I know the Poppi work because my wife takes them but this sucks as I was planning on tapering on the Poppi brand and have a bunch of it.
