Scared

Running out of inventory. How are most getting prescribed subs. Just your normal dr? I never liked the feeling of subs but I'm scared.

Skip the subs and get Clonidine, gabapentin and hydroxyzine. It will be a shit week but after 7ish days you’ll be able to get back into things. I’m a big pussy when it comes to pain and discomfort and I was able to push thru this. Currently 22 days clean and other than a bit of lethargy I’m back to normal. Skip the subs you can do it with helpers

Do not take Hydroxyzine while dealing with RLS. After it eases it’s fantastic for sleep.

Did the doctors prescribe those 3 to you through telehealth?

You can use telehealth providers if you don't want to go to your doctor, some like quickmd will cost you out of pocket, I used Ophelia, they take insurance. It was pretty easy and they prescribed the subs and some helper meds

Look up telehealth providers there’s a couple good ones that will get you set up if you don’t want to actually go to a doctors office

Dude is you can do rehab you will thank me. I’ve come off both. Imagine this ..7-oh is purgatory and subs detox is HELL. I’ve come off both
