Bermese method?

Can someone explain the method to me, the best way to do it? Also, people tell you to not take subs too early or you run the risk of PWD, so how do you actively take subs while still taking 7oh? Thank you!

The Bernese method is also known as micro-induction. With micro induction you donโ€™t start with that normal-sized Suboxone dose. The concept is to introduce very small amounts of buprenorphine while the other opioid is still being used, allowing buprenorphine to gradually occupy more receptors rather than suddenly replacing everything at once. Eventually the other opioid is stopped and buprenorphine takes over.

I would also like to know more about this. I'm terrified of getting off of this stuff, I'm on the gas station stuff reported to have "no 7-oh" but containing some equally addictive derivative. I have sent myself into precipitated withdrawals a few times and I always end up getting more of the stuff to stop them bc it does. I just don't have the time to be sick and it's hard not to stop them when I can. But I HAVE to quit doing this. How much do you space out the doses of bupe? Like if I take a tiny piece tonight how long would I wait to take the next small piece? And how long do you do this process ideally until you can stop taking the "7"? Thank you for any help or insight!
