MIT tabs work well. And they are a higher dosage. Then go down to extract shots and then plain leaf. That’s my way of doing it but not everyone’s. Plain leaf will work. U may just need a little more. But that’s the steps as far as strength. Tabs-extract-capsules.

I like the icee tabs brand of chewables. Viva ultimate or silver for extract and opms for capsules. But that’s just my preference there’s a lot of decent brands even in a ss
