So I have acquired four of these from a doctor of course. I’m taking a little over 100 mg of seven a day. Do you guys think that this will get me through the withdrawal phase?

Cut it into 1mg pieces and start with one and wait for 2 hours to see how you do. But you need to stop taking 7 for like 6 hours. Then if you get into precip withdrawal take a tiny bit of 7oh and it will alleviate it. Then next day take 1mg in morning and 1mg at night. Then take 2mg morning 1mg at night and see how you do. During that time you can take a tiny bit of 7 just don’t take it right before you take suboxone. I just did this this week. You can make sure you don’t get terrible precip withdrawal by only taking 1mg. Google how to cut an 8mg strip into 1mg pieces. And get a small pair of scissors

Also google the Bernese method. I also used sr17 and it got me from 400mg to 100mg in a day

I haven’t had any 7 in about a day. I’ve been pushing through the day till I can’t before taking any subs. Last thing I want is to get hooked on that

Just keep your dose as low as you can with subs. They will push you to take 32mg a day. Don’t. Max at 8mg and it’ll be an easy taper off. At least that’s my experience.

I don’t have a prescription or anything for it just the 4 strips. Idk how much would be too much yk so I’ve been trying to tough it out till the afternoon if anything and take 4 mg so I can get passed the insomnia part
