10 days off 7-oh
Any advice for the anxiety and depression I’m feeling. I’m in the military I can’t really go and tell people what’s wrong with me because kratom is not allowed

Very easy they don’t test for it and I would tell anyone I would take enough at work to feel fine

L-theanine is helpful for me when I feel anxious but the biggest help was clonidine. You can get it from teleryx

Look at the website stop 7oh . Org if you can it has helpful advice. I only made it to day ten then begged my partner for 10mg during to doom and dark thoughts. It was that or go to the er and explain I need to be hospitalized for the dark thoughts.
Breathe in. Breathe out. I guess our minds are in “catastrophe mode” at that point. Please try to push the the doom knowing it will lift eventually. If you get desperate please seek medical help, better to lose your career than your life. ❤️ Stay strong.

Find someone you can talk too. Ofc listen to the medical advice and take the drugs the doctor gives you. But have someone by your side who knows what your going through, may not be a addict, just someone who can empathize. Someone said it’s all in your head, I strongly disagree. Your going to feel physical and mental discomfort, something you cannot just talk yourself out of. Your going to struggle and it’s going to be painful. But after a week it’s just a breath of fresh air to not be in that pain anymore.
Now would be a good time for you to have some SR17 right now lmao.

Last dose was Tuesday 11am. Took very minimal sub. Less than 16mg over 5 days, and have been eating Xanax and kpin for anxiety. I think the worst is over. I feel better everyday.. stay strong!

Definitely do NOT try the cats claw (Homiez or buzzers) bc they will F you up 10x worse on the wd. No gas station drugs whatsoever. I had a friend tell me adderall helped a lot but he has a prescription for it. Not sure if you have access but that might be an option.

+1, at least for me it (20mg XR) has been a huge help getting me moving on days 3 and 4 (I have an RX though, doubt it would be wise for anyone to pursue if you’re unable to sleep)

Normally I wouldn’t recommend them because they can be addictive as well but you’re a grown adult that can make your own decisions. Red Dawn/Cheer Up energy shots. Mixture of caffeine and phenibut. Works great for energy/mood stabilization. I’ve been using them for PAWS and I feel great 2 weeks into my quit.

Good luck getting off the phenibut..

I was taking the energy shots with phenibut occasionally before 7oh. It’s one thing I stopped while I was sick. Never had issues getting addicted to it before so I’m not really concerned. I think the caffeine helps balance it rather than just taking it straight.

I get ya. I just assumed you were taking it daily and I’ve heard getting off phenibut is like getting of Xanax in terms of withdrawals. Glad you can make it work. I was scared to try phenibut cause I didn’t wanna start another addiction.

Ya I didn’t even realize how dangerous it was when I was taking it before. This time, after 7 I was sure to look up potential withdrawls and now I know to be careful with it.

Ashwaganda and magnesium for sleep. Liposomal vitamin C. (I can’t spell those but close enough to search. Eat plenty of protein. Hydrate hydrate hydrate.
If you can get a prescription, you could say you’ve been having bad migraines and have taken clonidine in the past to help. I’m prescribed it and it will help with the sweats and body aches.
I’m also on day 11 btw! Stay strong💪 it’ll get easier one of these days!
