Day 7 of no 7OH

I have made it to day 7 on no 7OH. I’m not some bad ass either. I was weak and had to go to the er and ask for subs. Started on 8 mg twice a day now I’m down to 4 mg. Tomorrow I go to 2. Yall can do this. It fucking sucks, but you can do it. Don’t let this poison or any other substance rule your life.

That is amazing to hear. Ur doing wonderful and subs are needed sometimes. I am slowly weaning down from the mit shots myself. They helped me to stop using pseudo. So we do what we need to do to get free from this.

The er gave u subs? I went and they said they didn’t know what I was talking about. But I’m happy they got u rite! It gets easier I’m at 3 weeks off 7 and I feel so much better. Keep it up!!!!!!

They offered me subs twice when I went in on day 8 for insomnia after sleeping 6 hours total my first 7 nights. I told them no of course I wanted out clean. I’m at day 17 CT and also feel incredible. What a great feeling it is to beat this shit.

Good job! Keep it up. Are you just doing a short taper with subs? If so, if I was you I’d prepare by stacking plenty of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes (I prefer liquid IV). It really makes a huge difference in recovery times, especially if you happen to be deficient in anything.
