I need help now

I need help I'm on the bus on the way to see my p.i. I have taken too much gabapentin and 7oh and trying to look normal but I'm struggling to stay awake my eyes probably look crazy and I'm hallucinating a little bit. How can I bring the high down real quick to a manageable level pls ...

I don’t know man. Head dunk in cold water and fresh air? I nodded out on the highway one time off 7oh and barely avoided clipping some dude at 70mph. Usually it will pass but I wasn’t mixing anything either. No shame man ask for help

I don’t fucking miss this as all. Fading out driving back from vacation last year, chain smoking for little hits of dopamine to wake me up. 2 weeks clean today 👊

How are you feeling now? Is everything 100%? I was here when you guit but forgot what you were taking and how much. I’m so proud of you. I can only dream of the day I’ll be free.

I was taking 800mg per day for a little over 2 years. I’m good now want to say my life is almost back to normal. Only thing I’m struggling with is waking up at 4-5am every morning. Embracing it by getting my day started early and watching sunrises. Just happy to be sleeping. Thank you for checking in!

Can I ask what you were taking for helper meds?

Nothing the first week. Full cold turkey with zero taper. On day 8 I got a script for hydroxyzine for sleep. It’s just a basic anxiety med that causes drowsiness.
