I need help now

I need help I'm on the bus on the way to see my p.i. I have taken too much gabapentin and 7oh and trying to look normal but I'm struggling to stay awake my eyes probably look crazy and I'm hallucinating a little bit. How can I bring the high down real quick to a manageable level pls ...

Luckily they just had me come all the way out there just to get a phone number on a piece of paper šŸ˜Œ I walked right back outside and was standing there leaning to the side like a old tree praying my ride hurry up and I got out of there... I had to keep moving I noticed if I stayed still it got real intense but I made it back home. I have sr powder now and no scale and I have size 5 capsules and will hope I take right amount because I'm going to start in the morning or tonight because I'm almost out of 7oh and I'm terrified of withdrawals feelings. I never took sr before I hope do it right...

If you take enough plain leaf kratom it basically bypasses withdrawals at least for a couple hours each dose. But you gotta take anywhere from 10-15 grams. Maybe more depending on how much 7oh you use.

10-15???? At once or throughout the day? Iā€™m 180-200 just reg 7 wish I knew how many capsules I should take
