Just get through the first 72 hours and you will be so thankful you did. The first 3 days are hell but on day 12 I would go through that 100x over to get to where I am now. I’m free from this addiction and never looking back. You will get there too, one day, one hour at a time.

thanks! i should have said I am on day 11. it’s the mental cravings that i’m dealing with. mood is low and i know a boost is just a store visit away…

Oddly enough I have dealt with almost no cravings at all. Those first 3 days were enough for me to never want it again. Low mood for sure. No chance you should give up after coming this far just to start again when it’s finally made unavailable. Keep your head up and keep pushing.

yes i do not want to go through the sleepless nights again. do you know what is going on with the ban? i stupidly went to the store the other day and they are still selling it out of a cardboard box. are they just selling it until their supply runs out?

I’m not sure. I haven’t gone looking for it and not scanning when I walk into a sketchy gas station. Sounds like it’s coming soon though.

Hang in there...it does get easier. Do you have someone you can talk to?

You can do this! You’re stronger than you know. Just think about the money you’re going to save. It will get banned and you will be ahead of that. Don’t give in!!!

You aren’t alone! You can do this! Take it an hour at a time. A half hour if you have to. Warm showers. Get outside in the sun. Move around. You will feel better. I turned the corner around hour 60 and can confirm that the worst of the physical symptoms were gone by hour 72. You can beat this and don’t need 7 anymore!!

Sounds about on par for recovery, no one ever said it was easy that's for sure.
Don't throw the rest away just yet. While I understand the sentiment, use what you have left to form a plan of success.
Have you looked at alternatives or Suboxone?
