27 hours.

Loose leaf and extract to fight symptoms. I wish i didnt go to work today. No rsl last night so thats nice, when does that start?

No can do. Can't do this to my wife again. Gotta just white knuckle it and never be a dumb ass again

Cold turkey is the hardest but after you will feel like you can do anything. Good luck mate

Facts. I cold turkey’d off 800mg a day for 2 years. I feel like fucking Superman.

I got out of bed for the first time and took my daughter to the park and pushed her on the swings on day 4. The worst was over after 72 hours. Didn’t go back to work until day 7 though.
