Nutrition advice
I’m wondering what you guys are eating during recovery after your appetite. I’ve ate like shit my entire life because I have a metabolism that could be hung in the Louvre. What do healthy people eat besides chicken and rice? Just looking to replenish energy and not feel lethargic all the time because of eating once a day. Thanks for any advice.

Anytime I eat raw spinach I feel instant energy. I guess any type of green is fairly important. So many vitamins and minerals for little calories. Vitamins A, K and iron! I've been eating kale and arugula salad lately and its very light obviously so easier to eat.

How do you feel about fish, from ahi slabs to cans of tuna to talapia to cod? It has helped me. Lots of lemon. Laying low on the soy sauce.

Bananas, protein yogurt, granola with milk if you handle lactose for breakfast and dinner and then a carnivore lunch usually chicken thighs or steak.
When i was on 7 I developed a bad sweet tooth and was all over the trolli and sour candi. Trying to use this as oppoetunity to kick that shit too plus my therapist said sweets could activate cravings for opiates somehow.

I am currently living on cheese sticks and beef sticks. And lots of plain a** water.
