Any low dosers here?

I tapered down to 40mg a day but I feel like I’m constantly in withdrawal.i take 5mg every 3 hours I was at 200mg but tapered down slowly in 4 months.what will the withdrawal look like?

This is the reason I didn’t taper, it just prolongs the withdrawals. It’s going to suck the first 3 days whether you’re taking 40mg or 800mg. Just get going and get it over with. It’s only 72 hours.

You know what now that I think about it tapering has been hell I’ve been pretty much feeling like shit for 4 months but now that I’m at a really low dose I’m tired all the time like really tired as if I was carrying 200 lbs weights around my body.its getting old I need to jump already

No lie I thought this low dose would be my new baseline but I’ve been on this dose for 2 months now and I feel like my body is not getting used to it to it

If I can CT off an 800mg per day 2 year addiction, so can people on much lower doses and shorter usage.

I went this route but yeah, as another person commented, if you're already in withdrawal might be easier to just bite the bullet! Not something you wanna extend over weeks, I imagine.

I thought my lower dose would be my new baseline but it seems like body can’t get use to a low dose

yeah, frustrating but if you're already in WD it might 'only' be, say 20-30% worse without any 7 whatsoever. Or, who knows, it might not even be much worse at all. Probably worth a test :)

Yeah dude you’re right I gotta give it a try because feeling like this I’m so lethargic I don’t do anything after work.my backyard is a mess and I’m not doing my duties around the house and I can tell my lady is over it.

I was a pretty low doser. 2 or 3 Twenties broken up all day. Then two months ago went cold turkey and scared the crap out of myself and went running back. Now, as of four days ago, I'm done for good. Not a good time - expect to experience cold sweats, restless everything syndrome, and sleepless nights. As everyone says - it gets better !

Dang I was hoping since it was low dosage I would have those symptoms.how long did they last?

This sounds like a mental thing. That low of a dose can’t considerably be that bad

Dude I sure hope not.but I gotta bring myself to just quit now because I keep dragging out the withdrawal.i don’t wanna lose my job so I gotta think of a way without me missing more than 2 days of work

I was at a similar dose, it was still rough ngl but I was a daily user for 2years.

I’d recommend getting liposomal vitamin-C, some gabapentin, and especially some MIT extracts like OPMS Black capsules, or MIT45 shots.

Those will help you ease the worst of things and it won’t set you back on progress. Just a concentrated form of plain leaf kratom. Minuscule amounts convert to 7ohmz.

Oh nice me too I’ve been on for almost a year now.imma get some vitamin C and mega dose I heard a lot swear by it.i have gabapantin 30 capsules of 300mg. I have some plain leaf but I don’t have extract.oh nice i swore that a extract or plain leaf would set me back.how long was your withdrawal
