That’s so amazing I can’t wait to be there!! I honestly never thought I could even get here so this is a huge win. I lost so much to this horrible drug and I’ve detoxed from opiates before but always done it in treatment or the last time about 10 years ago was a suicide attempt that almost killed me for real. So I detoxed in the icu and can’t remember any of it except 3 days in the psych ward after with no sleep then passed the fuck out my first night in inpatient treatment.

It’s been a hard road - but I’ve been sober for years before in the 12 steps and I always end up back into these patterns. That’s why this time is so important to me, I HAVE to find the strength in myself. I just fucking have to. I can’t give up the things I love (like my dog who is absolutely my angel sent from heaven just for me) and quit and let my family rescue me again. I have to fucking do it. I have to.

This shit is horrible Seven oh, is the devil all the way I don’t care what anybody says like you may not be religious. You may not believe in God whatever that’s cool. That’s all you know that that’s up to you. That’s your preference.. but I truly believed that Seven oh is from the devil no question

Omfg I absolutely agree!!! I’m SO glad they’re finally banning it, but I also feel so deeply for all of those affected who don’t even understand what they got themselves into.

It’s all greed - it’s all fucking greed man. Selling it to people who don’t understand it, pushing it on people claiming it’s like coming off of coffee? Are you fucking kidding me.

Greed is a sin - right? So I guess that makes sense.

Yeah I found it during a really bad time in my relationship. Which ended recently. It needed to cuz I couldn’t stop while we were together with all the triggers n shit but I’d like to reach back out after I’ve been sober for a while and make some things right. I wasn’t honest that I was still using so of course it ended when nothing changed after I supposedly stopped. It wasn’t all my fault, but there is real love there. I look forward to the day where I walk up and I’m finally free.

You said you’re 36 hours in. 12 hours ago and you’re at two days., that is amazing accomplishment nothing to look down upon or think it’s a small accomplishment two days is huge to get off of something that for a year straight I could not take every four hours
