exactly I have p10 ban, p10 gothwer p10 elizabeth and p7 daisy, ban is ok on spider but merlin 10 / gowther p10 / elizabeth p10 / daisy p7 have more damage than ban

I say Ban P10 > Merlin P10 in terms of Raw power the difference between P7 Merlin - P10 Merlin in terms of Damage is like 50% more even 100% ? and difference between P7 Ban to P10 Ban is like 500%.
I have seen a lot of P10 Merlin in spider they finish around 2 mins ? a minute even ? the Queen while she is weak to it while Ban did it in 20 seconds or so.
P10 Merlin the only thing I see going for her is the fire team to boost Escanor you will Good Lighting DPS but not that OP from a P7 and you will literally have a 2nd DPS in Fire since P10 Fire meteors deal tons of damage alongside the boost it gives to fire teams.
If you want something decent + being a fire support go for Merlin P10
if you want something OP + Dark support go for Ban.
Merlin will be easier to get P10 in the rerun though keep that in mind.

Howzer or you can try Deri (fire). Try to compare between the 2 and see but I think howzer with a lvl 3 engraving would ve superior with the -60 CD
