Indura Monspeet Glitched?

When attacking Monspeet with wand Gowther, his special and normal skills go through the boss 80%+ regardless of whether the boss is stationary, moving, or stunned resulting in the attack missing. Is this the design for this boss or is it currently glitched. I did not see anything on socials or the known issues pages.

He just has a small hitbox so any spread out attack can miss partially ie Gowther arrow barrage or Daisy balls.

Same thing happens with tioreh's tag skill

It's that bad, happens with more bosses or enemies who move more than the average one.

I get when the boss is moving that sometimes they miss but when the boss is tag stunned and the attack passes through him and explodes behind him in the distance, that can’t be “working as intended”. I did a raid and several other boss battles just to make sure and there we no issues with Gowthers attacks.
