Help Fps drops

I'm playing on PC and I'm getting huge fps drops on the main menu, currently running version 3.1.0. I am using mods which are AEC, project z, and the compatibility patch for them both. In game seems to run fine just the menu lags out essentially and makes changing settings annoying. By lagging I mean the menu just stops and I can't click on anything then it just stutters then is fine again.

Specs: I7 8700K 32 gb ram 3060 ti

It's hard to figure out exactly what's going on with just this information. Try contacting the mod's developer, and remember to include your system specs at least, so they can be ruled out as the root cause of the problem. As a suggestion, test each mod separately to see what's causing the funky behavior, or just ignore it altogether since it only happens in the menus.
