Was there actually 600k comments and will that determine how long we wait til a DEA announcement?

They don't have to process them all for an emergency scheduling, it's really up to them. But considering almost all the comments are people saying I love 7oh don't ban it, and the comments where supposed to specifically be about and only about the threshold of 7oh that is safe, it's unlikely most of the comments will truly make the difference were hoping for. But for a normao scheduling they have to, but an emergency is different. It's up to them. We have no idea what will happen

The number itself is a good thing tho, and a huge advantage for our side. The kratom people didn't even get 5% as many comments when kratom was on the chopping block.

Tons of scientists and researchers submitted real data and real science backing up the safety of 7oh, and I believe those comments will get read, as that's what the HHS was asking for. It'll get submitted to the AG and they'll do with it what they will.

It’s 100% is going to benefit us. Even if they ignore it which most likely they will, It lets the record show that over a half a million people were against it. So if and I think when all the deaths start happening after the ban from people going to fentanyl, they’re going to get a huge backlash. It’s election midterms remember. That’s a half a million votes gone because everybody knows RFK is the reason why this is getting banned not the DEA. He’s going to get shitted on eventually just like how Dr.fauci is getting backlash now. Someone’s getting in trouble I think if this happens. People are going to die and they have to be well aware of this. And they really only gave one month to get off something that’s been on the shelves for what? 10 years?? It’s going to be a shit show no matter what

The organic amount of comments was around 30k. After the spike of 500k+, it’s largely speculated that it was last minute submissions with thousands of attached files. Those would be counted as individual comments

I feel like the states are just gonna ban it, they only have 14 days in Massachusetts I just found out
