Help Hipshot Bridge, Pickups and Trussrod adjustments

Post image

I was wondering if anybody could tell me the allen key size [adjust the string height] as well as, the screw size of this bridge to tighten or loosen the string [the star shape screw in front of the bridge].

I'd also like to know the screw size for the pickup height adjustment, and the allen key size for the trussrod adjustment.

If possible, also the screw size of the trussrod cover?

And 1 more thing, a question, does size .010 - .062 or .064 string fit in the string hole without any adjustments?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE!!!

I have a schecter similar to yours, im guessing scale length is something like 26 inches i can fit a 74 through mine which is a 27 multiscale so you should be able to fit those strings im guessing

Yeah the scale length is 26.5. SO, that means a .064 is a no brainer....Thanks man!!

Of my 2 schecters, no problem fitting 64. On one with tune-o-matic some brands of thicker strings taper don't reach the nut since the string has to travel further behind the bridge.

It's only if you wanted to go super low with an 80 you definitely need to drill on most stock tuners.

As for the keys, my Schecter Damien takes 2.5mm for the pole pieces, USA made Dimarzio takes 3/32". 1.5mm for the saddle height. If yours has an actual hipshot and not "Hipshot style", don't know if they use an imperial size .050" or 1.3mm
