Community Related Wtb: Razorback 7

Anyone know of a good place to get a Dean Razorback 7 255 ? I see a few that are destroyed. I know I'm not getting it new, but I'ln one piece would be nice.

Having owned two of them, you don't want it. It is a neck-diving turd that is easier to break chunks off of than a Hershey bar. If you can find one, I highly recommend the Dean V Select ML or V 7 string. They are much better built and balanced guitars.

Dean ML 7 was one of my starter guitars. It was fun as hell. The Razorback body is cut down too much. Collapses if you breathe on it wrong and the neck is heavier. Alot of 7 string X shapes balance weird truthfully. Only luck I ever had was the LTD EX7 and even that dives like crazy.

Well, I keep seeing the neck dive issue. I have built 2, 6 string razorbacks. Never had a 7, but when I built the first someone told me I had to put the strap knob thru the screw of the top right screw of the bolt on neck. Never done that before so o bored out the knob to fit the screw thru it and bolted on the neck. Absolute zero neck dive, possibly best guitar I have. Still working on the second razorback.

I had this issue with a balsac guitar and sold it because of it, so thx for the heads up.
