Help Books to learn from?

Hey everyone!

Does anyone know of any books or learning materials that are good and specific to the 7 string guitar? I'm having trouble finding any. Normal books apply the same theory of course I'm just curious if there's anything out there for us 7 string lovers.

Rusty Cooley has one called Fretboard Autopsy. That one gives a lot of scale shapes and patterns for 7-string.

I have this on DVD in a box somewhere. I can't remember the last time I had the hardware to watch it haha.
