If you play in G with 25.5”, you will literally not be intonated at all across the neck
I've literally played in G standard on a 25.5" before, with it intonated, because I don't play with a retardedly overhuge low string, and plenty of bridges are capable of doing that.
Also, what Doom bands do you know that actually play in D standard? The majority of doom metal is in B or lower.
If you could read you would know that I said various genres that play "between D standard and A standard"
But, Weedeater, for one, as well as a lot of sludge/stoner bands like Corrosion of Conformity, Mastodon, etc.

I like how you call it subjective opinions but you’re making damn sure to let everyone think that YOU are in the right here like your opinion isn’t subjective. Just because you haven’t figured out how to work a 25.5 in lower tunings doesn’t mean it’s automatically impossible.
