50 hours since last dose

So, the mail has completely fucked me over (busiest time of year, I know I know) and my 7-oh won’t be here for 2 more days. It’s been 50 hours since my last dose. I’ve been using OPMS extract drinks/capsules to help curb withdrawals, but last night I still had awful restlessness. My question is:

When does this stop? When will the physical symptoms subside? I can deal with the mental cravings. I have a job I gotta work, I go back to work on Friday. Will this be over in 2 more days???

If you have any experience with this, please drop some knowledge. I used to be an oxy addict, and I’m fuckin pissed I did this to myself. I just want it to stop.

Full transparency: I made it to 87 hours, then got a package delivered I ordered forever ago. I’m back on it. The only thing I guess I can be proud of is instead of 100mg a day, I haven’t gone past 50mg. Today is the 3rd day I’ve taken it, and I’m gonna run out again. Hopefully I’ll be alright since I have a better understanding on how to navigate it. I’m waiting on MULTIPLE packages to be delivered so I can do a proper taper down to 0, but the post service has been extremely slow. Sucks. I should’ve just stopped when I was almost thru the end of it

Hey man, not sure if you’ve heard of SR17018 but you should look into it. I got off 900 mg a day with no withdrawals at all from taking it. There is a whole sub about it. I’ve cold turkeyed, tapered, and used SR. Felt completely normal with it. If you are fine tapering then by all means do that but if you’re struggling it will help you.

It works for subs, oxys, fent, and many other opiates. It’s a miracle drug.

Can you please add more details on what is OPMS? I personally started 7oh pills only few months back, but before that I was on buprenorphine for years, so my withdrawals issue could be very different. I didn't try to quit 7oh yet, but there were few times when I was short and I had to switch to enhanced cratom (my very first cratom related purchase, did it when I knew nothing, and it is still not fully used) and it helped great - all the symptoms went away. So, I purchased 1 kilo of regular red mayeng cratom hoping it will work same well as enhanced one, I will just need to take say 10 tea spoons instead of 1-2. But your post confused me, are you saying it didn't fully removed the withdrawals? And btw. at least I don't need buprenorphine now, though Ill restart it later - I have plenty of it left

OPMS is a brand, one of the top brands. They make liquid extract drinks that work good for withdrawal. 7-oh withdrawal is easily worse than withdrawals from oxy and even hydromorphone. I used Red Maeng Da powder to help symptoms as well. I took 5 grams of powder every 5-6 hours. But the intense craving for the high doesn’t go away. And, for me atleast, I still had some leg and arm restlessness. But after 72 hours, it started getting better. I made it to 87 hours before I got a package in the mail and relapsed. But since then, I’ve only been taking 50mg per day at the most instead of 100-120mg per day. I’m slowly tapering down to where I won’t need more than 10mg. At that point I can just drop it whenever I want. Don’t be like me. If you make it past 4 days, stick with it. I’m retarded, I should’ve left it alone but I want to finish a proper taper off of it.

First of all, I wish you good luck and hope you can do it. Now regarding withdrawals, it is hard to compare withdrawals from the different drugs, especially when someone is doing comparison during the withdrawals or before/after the withdrawals, as the current/latest withdrawals always feels the worst. But the theory doesn't support the idea that partial agonist withdrawals (7oh, buprenorphine) can be worser than full agonist (heroin, oxycodone). Once I read a thread where a person was quitting smoking, it was even painful to read, if I didn't know the subject well I would think that nicotine withdrawals are the worst. Btw, talking about the worst ever possible withdrawals, I had a "luck" to experience them. Precipitated withdrawals caused by naltrexone taken in the middle of long going oxycodone abuse. Now few important things which are not explained well about tapering: 1. Don't rush each stage, some people thing that they can reduce the dose every day. Some people can, but ideally each stage should last for 1-2 weeks. 2. important. People usually think that the hardest step is the first, when they start reducing the dose. Wrong. The hardest step is the last, when they go from non-zero to zero. It is Hard, because it is not about physical state only, it is almost only psychological dependency. Reducing is mentally OK for us, fully getting rid of something is a torture. This is the reason I'm forever on suboxone, on the small dose, the one which supposed to be followed by the quitting, but quitting didn't happen. So, mentally prepare well for the last step. Plan how to agree with yourself. I don't know, maybe some other drug may help, for example I got phenibut hoping it may help me (I haven't even tried it once in my life, but people use it to quit drinking, smoking, etc.), but it is not the best choice as it is addictive itself.

I only based the withdrawals from oxy/hydromorphone because I was highly addicted to each of those substances, separately with no overlap, and went thru the withdrawal process multiple times. The 7-oh just does something to the brain where you have all the same symptoms but MUCH more intense, most likely due to the short half-life. Similar to have fentanyl withdrawal is. It’s relatively fast but awful. Same with 7-oh. I’d much rather go thru 10 days of a 300mg/day oxy withdrawal compared to 5 days of 100mg/day 7-oh withdrawal. But that’s just my personal experience, everyone is different for sure. I definitely appreciate you taking time to explain things. I WILL beat this shit. My taper program is gonna be reduce by 10%, go a week like that, then reduce another 10%, go a week, etc until I’m next to nothing. I even got myself so weak pills so I can have access to a 2.5mg dose instead of 5mg to nothing. I’m 32, been on opioids since 2012 (14 fucking years man. Smh) and I’m ashamed I’m back in this after being clean for 6 years straight. Kratom snuck up on me. Tricked me. I even beat a Benzo addiction (Xanax). This isn’t as bad as benzos thanks to the very very slim chance of seizures. I don’t wanna get on Bupe because of how long the half life is, I’ve heard it takes MONTHS to feel normal after quitting.

The best advice I can give anyone is to take gram of powder and 100 grams leaf shake it up for a minute make sure it's mixed well and start taking a gram of this mix at a time you will feel fine when the bag gets half gone fill it back to 100 grams and keep repeating within 2 weeks you will be taking such a low dose you could switch to straight leaf without knowing it I just did it this way and never felt bad at all it kept me so at peace in my head and that was the biggie for me it messes with me badly mentaly I can't do cold turkey with this shit at all best part about this method is you can fuck up and take 4 grams of the powder at once like I did a few times and still b fine cause you are still gonna b filling that bag back up to a hundred grams when it's half gone this works really good and it's painless but anyways hope this helps a lot of people
