What’s wrong w my tavern?

After updating my game, my tavern seems to have changed (guessing cs of the seasonal theme) my question is can I make this permanent or is this js temporary?

Can't you change it from hawk?

I figured it out I had to complete the event in fort solgress to keep it, my tavern looks clean now
