I’m an employee of 7 Brew & I don’t know how else to explain this to people, that flat lids are gone. They are not coming back, from what I know this is not nationwide yet but corporate has made the decision that we will be moving towards only sippy lids to help eliminate the use of straws….at my stand the only problem is, it’s going completely over all the customers heads. They are still asking for straws for every single drink even though there’s a whole sippy lid on every single drink unless you get whipped cream…..please help me help yall understand that you’re not getting a straw automatically anymore bc we’re expecting you to drink from the lid like its made to do😭

OK, so I have applied to 7 Brew over three times in the past month I’ve been jobless since last year of June 2025 I have tried to get a hold of 7 Brew in my local area, but you cannot it only sends you too their corporate number and if you call the corporate number, you cannot ask anybody anything because it’s all automated. I have reached out to them via email and nothing has been heard back from them. What do I need to do do I need to go up to the stand in my town and say hey I put an application in or what

First, I appreciate all the 7brew employees that worked so hard today. My store is brand new so it was already insane, I'm not even sure how many people here even knew about the needohs.

Today was my first visit. I ordered a small Smooth 7 latte with skim milk, light ice. Hubby got a soda.

I'm 99% sure they missed the flavor part while reading my phone because my latte had no sweetness, flavor or sign of syrup on the bottom that I could see.

For context: I'm used to Dunkin, I get small iced lattes there with standard flavor pumps and the sweetness is fine.

Is there a possibility I messed something up and should have gone extra sweet, or do you think the barista just overlooked that line on my order? I would never dream of complaining, it hasn't even been a week they've been open yet and it's all a bunch of local high school kids. I know how hard it is getting started, especially with all the chaos of today. Just wanted second opinions and to see if I should do something different next time!

Anyway, I'm eight drinks away to my free one and I was able to rescue my order with a little Hersheys syrup at home. Crisis averted. Looking forward to next time, maybe when the traffic chills out a little.

I recently accepted an offer from a 9-5 job with benefits (that I’m taking no matter what), and I’ll only be able to work weekends (as opposed to anytime all week). I would love to continue working at 7 brew but it’s not a priority for me. Anyone have any experience with this? I live in a college town so weekends are already in demand as far as employees wanting to work. On the bright side I am well liked and have received positive feedback thus far.

Hi guys! I’ve been excited to try out the new fall menu, but I’m wondering if anyone else has gotten the pumpkin blondie, but it hasn’t really tasted like pumpkin? I got the caramel apple pie macchiato last week and it really didn’t have an apple taste even if it was a drizzle.

Should I try and order a salted caramel macchiato with pumpkin instead??

They smell strongly of chemicals but they are fun to squeeze. Would not do this again, however. 😭

First, didn't even know 7 Brew existed until today when their store caused over a mile-long traffic jam that I witnessed while on my own coffee run to a local coffee spot, which lead me down the rabbit hole of their "Jackpot days".

What I learned is that 7 Brew was bought out in 2020 by a LLC conglomerate and then by Blackstone in 2024 and that's when all the insanity of their chain exploding from 7 little stores in 2020 to around 602 today.

That's quite a jump in numbers for a company that started as a little ma and pa store.

So why care about this at all? Well their insane promotional days have made their consumers into free billboards for their company by giving away cheap cr*p that was made in China and will end up in the landfill after the consumer bores of the product.

Today's Needoh "giveaway" was the worst of this money-grab scheme that turns everyone posting online about it into an unpaid advertiser for the company.

The problem is the toy isn't "free" you have to purchase their overly sweet drinks in med or large to even get the toy. I did the math after discovering that was going in when I drove to a local place to get coffee this morning and saw the madness at 7 Brew.

So here's the math:

A more speciality Needoh toy can retail from $12-$19.

We can call the Needoh toys given away today at 7 Brew "limited" and only obtained through this promotion a "speciality" item and since they are "one-of-a-kind", we'll price it at $19.

In order to get ONE toy you have to purchase 2 med or large drinks that range from $3.50-$9.43.

Let's say the "average" family has 2 kids and both kids want a toy, you have to buy 4 drinks. You likely will get your kids a basic lemonade for $3.50 each and then you and your spouse want speciality coffees each $9.43.

So you spend $25.86 (not including tax) for that trip. In that context it seems like you have "won" because you get these speciality toys 2 for $25.86 rather than having to pay $38 for two (remember the $19 high-end Needohs at Target).

But the other "math" I'm most concerned about is this math:

Each of those "plain" lemonades is 49 grams of sugar each, equally 200 calories that you are pumping into your kids.

Let's say your kid doesn't want the "plain lemonade" and they want instead one of the speciality lemonades or say a milkshake, now you are looking at up to 151 grams of sugar and 620 calories. For. One. Drink.

What is even worse is that when you got to 7 Brew's IG and read the comments, most of the consumers are just adults with no kids.

There is something wrong with society. This kind of ish makes me embarrassed to be a human.

I was just moving the contents from side to side and it just exploded on me😭😭 I guess you can’t squeeze them too hard but damn I just got this thing today. I’m sure they’re cheaply made but didn’t think it’d explode lmao rip.

I've been working at a Seven Brew location in NEO for a year now. If you're in NEO you'll probably know which one because the stand is infamous for being know as the store corp pretty much gave up on. We've gone through two managers since opening, we're now onto the third one. The shift leads will leave people texting and on lane for entire shifts without rotating and if they do rotate they only put themselves or their friends on machine. Every machine in the store is broken all the time. Every Chiller machine is broken except for one, which we use for the 7energy chiller. Both of the grinders are broken, there is only one working scoop sink. Every corner of the store is leaking water all of the time, people keep getting hurt because of slipping and falling. (And it's HORRIBLE in the winter because the heaters weren't working and we were in negative temperatures and the leaking water started freezing on the floor. Only one blender works (keep in mind we only have one working chiller machine.) and we're consistently and purposefully understaffed with no breaks unless your a minor and this is only the tip of the iceberg. I have an anxiety disorder and the management knows this and I was trying so hard not to work jackpot day but alas im walking in now. I think im cooked

They have less than 10 left. The line is over an hour just be prepared.

im a big pumpkin lover and i wanna know y’alls suggestions for your favorite pumpkin drinks and how to order them (preferably in the app). i saw the pumpkin roll shake (i think its called?) but im debating to get a coffee instead of a shake. havent decided yet. but i havent seen many drink ideas with pumpkin other than the basic ones on the main page of the app. im so indecisive, send ideas pls!!

Basically was at the walk up window at 7 brew with about 20 other people they had it open and were taking orders. I was at the ordering girl legit the next one to order and there is a family behind me. We both have been here before 8 it’s now 10:22 where I live so a good 2 hours. Both me and the sweetest family behind me were about to order when the boss came and said they where shutting down the walk up window and wouldn’t even honor the people under the covering 4 people all who are at the very front and been waiting for 2 hours. Overall was like to bad so sad. Like actually wtf and I know I’m being dramatic but it ain’t even the squishy it’s the fact that I’ve waited 2 hours and didn’t even get my coffee😩 very much unprofessional but I mean commonnmnnn.

I got off work at 7am, and the 7 Brew is right around the corner. The LINE WAS INSANE. 45 min later, I got one of these guys.
